CURRENT ISSUE: Volume 25, Number 2, Fall 2013

“It’s a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door,” says Sam in Lord of the Rings. Dangerous, yes, but also exciting. When our feet cross a threshold, we never know who or what we’ll encounter. People from different cultures, customs, languages, and worldviews express the Christian faith in a myriad of ways. What happens when we step outside our doors, our homes, our churches, and our ways of practising faith to encounter and learn from one another? Let’s find out.
